Amsterdam was a medic trip over a bank holiday weekend. We had a fantastic weekend, sightseeing and partying in the beautiful capital of the Netherlands.
I only went to Jordan on a whim and ended up loving it more than the other countries I visited. The people were exceptionally friendly and the country undeniably stunning, particularly Wadi Rum and Petra. I only wish I'd spent more than 6 days there.
Israel was an incredible mix of all different types of people and places and I loved every second of it. From Tel Aviv to the Dead Sea and the Golan Heights this country is beautiful and I will certainly be returning!
Egypt was my first port of call in the Middle East and after getting to grips with Cairo and seeing the infamous pyramids, I made my way to Aswan and Luxor and then to Sinai, meeting some great people on the way.
Laos is by far one of the lovliest countries I have every visited. The people are exceptionally friendly and the countryside in the north is breathtaking. My highlight was the small village of Muang Ngoi which can only be reached by boat.
Southern China was a bit of a shock after tourist friendly Vietnam and we weren't sure what to make of it. However, a trip to Shilin Stone forest and Dali and a great night in Kunming for Anna's birthday gave us many reasons to love our stop-over in this country.
Over 3.5 weeks we travelled from Saigon to Sapa visiting many different places along the way and meeting some great people. Here there are photos from the Mekong Delta, Mui Ne, Dalat, Nha Trang, Hoi An, Hue, Hanoi, Halong Bay and Sapa.
